Minerva delivers online training school to support the young team campaign effectively

Minerva, on behalf of ESCI, developed and delivered a virtual training school to Young Ambassadors (YA) working with the Black Sea CONNECT project. 

The one-day training school gave the YAs the opportunity to work in partnership to develop personal and professional skills in planning and delivering awareness-raising strategies activities to connect citizens with the challenges facing the Black Sea – and how they can contribute to delivering solutions.

The day was divided into seven interactive sessions including setting goals, measuring success, core messaging and campaign planning and presentations.

Participants described the training as both ‘insightful’ and with ‘a lot of practical advice’ and thanked Minerva’s experts Rhonda Smith and Mimi Saville for their professionalism, ideas and expertise.
